Introduction

Hi everyone, and welcome to My BLOG.

There are moments in life when you feel the need to push beyond your limits โ€” not to impress anyone, but to prove something to yourself.

For me, that moment came when I decided to take on the 75 Hard Challenge โ€” while working 12-hour night shifts.

It wasnโ€™t easy, but it turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

๐ŸŒ™ Why I Started the Challenge

Working night shifts often leaves you exhausted, unmotivated, and struggling to find time for yourself. I knew I needed something to bring structure, discipline, and purpose into my routine.

The 75 Hard Challenge wasnโ€™t just a physical transformation โ€” it became a mental and emotional journey. I wanted to test my self-discipline and see if I could stay consistent despite a demanding schedule.

โš™๏ธ My 75 Hard Routine During Night Shifts

Because of my night-shift lifestyle, I had to plan every day with precision. For 75 days straight, I followed these rules:

โœ… Two workouts a day โ€” one gym session and one outdoor workout.
๐Ÿฅ— Clean diet โ€” no junk food, no sugar, no soda.
๐Ÿšญ No alcohol or smoking.
๐Ÿ“š Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
๐Ÿ’ง Drink 1 gallon of water every day.
๐Ÿ“ธ Take a progress photo daily.

Some days went smoothly, others felt impossible โ€” but I reminded myself that discipline matters more than motivation.

โฐ The Biggest Challenges I Faced

Since I donโ€™t drink alcohol, smoke, or take sugary drinks, controlling my diet wasnโ€™t too hard.
But managing my time after 12-hour night shifts was extremely challenging.

Most days, I had to go straight to the gym or outdoor workout right after work, otherwise it would be impossible to complete both sessions. On top of that, I had to prepare my own meals daily to ensure I ate clean, home-cooked food.

Starting this challenge in the summer helped in one way โ€” the long, hot days made it easier to drink 1 gallon of water. But when I forgot to keep up, it was tough to drink that much in a short time. I began setting reminders on my phone to stay hydrated throughout the day.

The weather was mostly good, but there were days I had to do outdoor workouts in the rain and wind, which tested my determination.

Recording progress videos in the gym was another small challenge โ€” it sometimes felt awkward or annoying. So, I decided to record only a few clips, then edit and post daily. Even that became part of my routine, though it added to my already busy schedule.

๐Ÿ’ช My Transformation After 75 Days

By the end of the 75 days, I realized something powerful:

Consistency is stronger than motivation.

This challenge taught me how to control my mind, stay focused, and build habits that last.

Physically, I became stronger, leaner, and fitter. My constipation issue improved, my strength increased, and I began to look more defined.

Mentally, I became more confident and proud of myself. I also finished three non-fiction books, which helped improve my English-speaking skills and deepened my understanding of self-improvement and personal growth.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Why You Should Try the 75 Hard Challenge

The 75 Hard Challenge isnโ€™t only about fitness โ€” itโ€™s about mental toughness and self-discipline.
It teaches you to keep promises to yourself, even when youโ€™re tired, busy, or unmotivated.

You donโ€™t need perfect conditions โ€” you just need consistency and commitment.
If I can complete it while working long night shifts, you can do it too.

This challenge helps you develop control, focus, and resilience โ€” qualities that stay with you long after the 75 days are over.

๐Ÿ Key Takeaways

  • You donโ€™t need motivation โ€” you need discipline.

  • Plan your day around your priorities, not your excuses.

  • Stay hydrated, stay consistent, and believe in your progress.

  • The 75 Hard Challenge is not about perfection โ€” itโ€™s about mental strength.

๐ŸŒŸ Final Thoughts

Completing the 75 Hard Challenge changed my life. It proved that growth happens when you stay consistent, even when life gets tough.

If youโ€™ve been thinking about trying it, donโ€™t wait for the perfect time โ€” just start.

Youโ€™ll transform not only your body but also your mindset and confidence.

And always remember:

โ€œDiscipline will take you where motivation canโ€™t.โ€
