Hi, I’m Dilip Thakali — a Civil Engineer, problem solver, and lifelong learner originally from Nepal, now based in the United Kingdom.

My professional journey began with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, where I spent five years working on hydropower and infrastructure projects in Nepal. Those early years shaped my passion for designing structures that serve people while promoting sustainability and efficiency.

After moving to the UK, I completed my Master’s in Engineering Management, which deepened my understanding of how engineering and leadership intersect to drive project success. Working in the Multiple jobs in various sector,  further strengthened my interpersonal and teamwork abilities — qualities I now integrate into every engineering challenge I take on.

Today, I’m advancing my career in civil and structural engineering, with growing expertise in AutoCAD design, Revit modeling, and quantity surveying. I’m currently pursuing ICE Graduate Membership (GMICE) and Autodesk professional certifications, while also expanding my knowledge in project management and cost estimation.

Beyond engineering, I’m passionate about fitness, Personal Finance, personal growth, and continuous learning. I share parts of my journey through YouTube — from improving technical skills to building a stronger, more disciplined mindset.
